This bike ride is on a hard packed dirt trail and requires a mountain bike or a hybrid bike; it is not suitable for a street bike with narrow tires. The round trip ride distance is approximately 18.5 miles. If this is too long for you, you can turn around and go back to the parking lot whenever you want. Kevin will put up a sign showing the correct trail to use to return in case you want to go back early.
Meeting point:
Palmetto Trailhead Park parking lot. This parking lot is always open, but there aren't any bathrooms.
