Day 1 – Sunday May 10th Arrival & Tapas night
Private coach transfer from Madrid airport to hotel in Madrid
Tasting of typical Spanish tapas in local bars, 1 glass of wine pp included.
Day 2 – Monday May 11th, Madrid walking tour and transfer to Toledo
Private coach transfer for Madrid tour and transfer to Toledo; 3-hour English speaking licensed guide for Madrid; Admission to the Palacio Real
Day 3 – Tuesday May 12th, Toledo walking tour & lunch
HD private coach transfer for Toledo
2-hour English speaking licensed guide for Toledo

Day 4 – Wednesday May 13th, Transfer from Toledo to Caceres, cheese visit with tasting & tour

Day 6 – Friday May 15th, Visit to the local market with tasting
Visit to the Mercado de Abastos in Zafra with tasting of some typical products
Day 7 – Saturday May 16th, Transfer from Zafra to Sevilla, walking tour, Guadalquivir River Cruise and Sevillanas baile
Private coach transfer from Zafra to Sevilla and tour; 3-hour English speaking licensed guide for Sevilla. River cruise on Guadalquivir River in Sevilla (about 1h); Sevillanas class and then a tablao. At the end you can dance to Sevillanas with live music.
Day 8 – Sunday May 17th, Excursion to Cadiz and Jerez de la Frontera with Sherry tasting
Private coach transfer; 6-hour English speaking licensed guide for Cadiz and Jerez; Typical Sherry wine tasting 5-hours
Day 9 – Monday May 18th, Transfer from Sevilla to Ronda

Day 10 – Tuesday May 19th, Transfer from Ronda to Granada. Evening Flamenco show

Each member of a family must complete a separate reservation.

Cancellation
I understand that the cancellation fee is a MININUM of 5% of the cost up to 150 days from departure. Within 150 days of departure the cancellation fee is a minimum of 10% of the value of the trip unless I am transferring to another Gator trip of similar genre, one of which I have not previously enrolled in, and within the same fiscal year. I understand that in addition to the non-refundable cancellation fees that the Club will also hold me accountable for any money paid to outside vendors on my behalf not refunded to the Club due to my cancellation.
Trip Insurance
It is highly advisable to purchase trip insurance for any international trip. You will need to apply and purchase your own trip insurance, which is not included or offered by the Club. Obtaining trip insurance is voluntary, entirely up to you.
As a guidance, we suggest you visit www.insuremytrip.com and choose a comprehensive plan, that covers trip cancellation, medical, trip delays, evacuation, etc and has 24 hour assist hot line.
Keep track of the little footnote that says “secondary”. That means that you are expected to have a primary plan and after those benefits are exhausted, your secondary kicks in. If you have a chronic condition, pay attention to the ”pre-existing” waiver provisions.
